My child was assessed once, by [name removed] and then I met with him separately for Parent led CBT sessions. At the 2nd meeting I was informed that my child had separation anxiety. When I read into that it sounded exactly like my child and the experiences we have. [name removed] was amazing at showing me ways of dealing with situations, gave me the tools and taught me a different way of approaching situations. It was hard work but the change in my child is amazing and it's made such a positive impact on me and my other child too. The tools I have now can be used over and over again. When I think where I was the end of last year to now, it's like I'm looking at a different family. Thank you so much [name removed]

Absolutely fabulous support and care to identify tongue tie. Use of phone, video and wots app helped to resolve the concern quickly and efficiently. Incredible help!

[name removed] provided brilliant continuity at a time when it was needed for myself postpartum and my twins. She was clear when coming whilst considering what would be best for everyone. She used her experience as well as my choices to make a plan of care and whether to involve support whilst also signposting appropriate places/referrals. I cam genuinely say out of my pregnancy and postpartum period, this is the best care I've received, thankyou!

I really enjoy and look forward to my calls with [name removed], when I am having a bad day [name removed] is very sympathetic and knows just what to say to make me feel better. Even when I am having a good day we have a brilliant chat. Even if [name removed] is away and unable to call I will always be offered a stand in caller. The service has good continuity and is very well done. As i have moved out of the area I will miss my calls with [name removed] but want to thank [name removed] for his time and thank the Befriending Service.

The service is great. The only changes that I think would be good if clients can speak to their callers over zoom or facetime so we know what are caller looks like.
