No appointments to be seen or even offered one for the future. Had to self swab which I do not feel has given the correct results. Not the service fault but obviously overstretched service

More staff so more appointments on offer at the time they are needed. Being able to use a toilet to swab within the sexual health area rather than being sent out to a public toilet

Service level of care has been exceptional and my mum had been looked after with the upmost care and respect at all times

Good care but need more information of tablets I take.

I asked for a list of drugs that I take so as to make sure I am doing it correctly, but the list sent did not help me very much??

Pleasant gentleman and fairly knowledgeable on Parkinson disease.

More pro-active involvement is required unable to contact directly for advice and guidance if needed. Parkinson's number are increasing worldwide, therefore more finance and resources are needed.
