The lady who we saw was absolutely lovely and she gave me some great information and advice regarding the questions I asked and the anxieties I felt.

I think my little girl felt a little bit overwhelmed with being asked a fair few questions when she was in a new environment as she’s only 2. She got a bit stuck with knowing how to respond.

Health visitor team were really great especially with my breastfeeding journey and overcoming issues with baby not gaining weight and tongue tie. [name removed] was such an integral part of my breastfeeding journey, she gave me the encouragement to continue.

I have been trying to get support for my daughter who is apparently a patient under CAMHS but has not been seen or spoken to since April 2022. She has been and remains in desperate need of some support. She is unable to sleep, eat, go to school so yes her depression is affecting all of her daily living. I managed to get to see a mental health nurse at my GP surgery who prescribed her antidepressants. we need some support and I really needed some help with her absence from school. I can never get an answer when I ring so the nurse told me to use the live chat to talk to you. I tried this and have just been left staring at a chat box for 45 minutes, waiting to be accepted and even though I was apparently number 1 in the queue i never actually got accepted to talk to anybody.

Speaking as [name removed] main carer (mother), he sometimes gets anxious when in a new environment but was met with welcoming, upbeat and very friendly faces that spoke to him as they would any normal functioning person. Very exceptional and respectful experience for him.
