Was listened to and understood.
I was seen quickly and treated politely.
Felt listened to and very understood. Safe and welcoming environment.
This was very first time staying at the Matins. I was given space to come to terms with why I needed to come and stay for a while and felt very safe to cry and get me to see things in another light.
Because it was a good approach for me.
I gave this answer because [name removed] as a good listener, she understands and does not care how I think.
friendly nurses
Very efficient and friendly.
great- quick- lovely nurse v kind and chatty with my son and myself
Nurse ([name removed]) who administered the vaccine was so lovely with my daughter. My daughter felt acknowledged/included and is still talking about [name removed] and their chat.
My only slight problem was the travel required to the appointment. We live in Rushden and do not drive and therefore had to sort the morning around the hourly bus. Luckily my daughter loved the bus though.
Thank you for sending through your comments after visiting our clinic and we are pleased that you had a positive experience when meeting our immunisation team. We make every effort to provide a countywide service with our clinic settings, however we are restricted to room availability, especially at weekends when the majority of our clinics run so we appreciate that some service users do need to travel to access their nearest clinics.
Community Services - Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
