The lady that gave her, her immunisation was brilliant. Very caring and friendly when my daughter become upset before she has her flu spray. I asked lots of questions, she very very knowledgable and informative. I was very impressed. It was also very quick and ran on time.

[name removed] is amazing, I’ve been to her twice and each times my little girl has been so happy and content. From the moment we walk in [name removed] is ready and is at the reception waiting for us. [name removed] is so easy to talk to and involves my daughter massively during appointment times. When dealing with sensitive matter such as sexual health it can be quite an awkward experience however the nurse really took control of the situation and made me feel welcome. It was easy to talk to her and ask questions. The room was warm which makes all the difference. Great service
