Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not assisted to get up prior to 10 a.m., we welcome all requests to support people get up and go to bed when they wish. Every person at Turn Furlong has a medication assessment on admission and I am sorry this was not shared with you, we will discuss this at our next unit meeting and display as a "you said, we did".
