I was really supported very well. Help was there from the school teachers and school nurse and even the dinner lady. I only have positive experience. [name removed] tried multiple times to get in touch with me ( I do not answer withheld or unknown numbers). And she gave me a lot of advice or tips how to deal with the situation I had with my daughter. I received around 4 weeks later again a phone call for a follow up, how this were progressing and if I had any questions. I'm really happy with the service/help that I've received.
