Dr [name removed] was professional yet warm and engaging with my teenage son who was initially not happy about having to see somebody about his mental health due to diabetes. At no point did we feel like just another patient and parent going through the process. Every session felt very person centered.

Neither my son or I feel there are any improvements that can be made. If I had to think of something then my son really enjoyed the outdoor walk and talk over the sitting in a room each session, maybe this could be offered in sessions depending on weather / surroundings etc.
