Openness to speak freely lovely staff, nice group of people and the couple of hours was just nice to say how I felt and how advice given can help.
Suggested improvements
The 15 minutes relaxation should came with a note to remain for rest coffee etc at the end as very exhausting, but good did the job.

Thank you for your feedback, our fatigue management groups and provision is under constant review. We will ensure we cover relaxation and how we provide this element of the programme.
