Many thanks for your feedback. We are now offering parents/carers the option to book either a face to face or virtual appointment and therefore I hope that moving forward you will be able to book a face to face appointment if this is your preference. We will however continue to offer virtual appointments as feedback from families' is that some parents/carers prefer this option. We are currently reviewing how we send out development review questionnaires and thank you for highlighting your concerns regarding this.
