We saw the most amazing nurse [name removed] who was so kind & patient with my daughter who is needle phobic and she was very upset & [name removed] was so calming throughout the whole process. Sadly my daughter couldn’t go through with it (after a very long time of trying) but [name removed] never once rushed her or made her feel uncomfortable. She is a true credit to the NHS.
