On the first visit I had 3 people round they all treated me with respect and could not do enough for me. I felt completely at ease. I have just had the second visit again I was treated well and felt completely at ease the whole experience was outstanding.

No body could of done anything more.

Great workshop. So nice to be able to speak to someone face to face and ask questions and get logical answers back. Also lovely to sit around with other parents and get advice from each other.

This call and the last were hugely better than the calls I had going back 3 or 4 years. This particular call was constructive and suggested direction, earlier calls did not, they just served me back with the same info I had explained. Pointless. Well done to this professional-Lucy ?

The new system wasn’t easy to navigate, it wasn’t intuitive but I got there in the end after approximately 10 minutes trying. I consider myself computer literate, how those less able would cope heaven knows.

Fiona was lovely. She spoke to Toby as an adult not directly to me (his Mum) which I appreciated. She took his fears seriously and handled him brilliantly when he felt faint.
