Ann and Jane couldn’t have been kinder, more considerate and professional. They showed great compassion when dealing with my husband who is suffering from Parkinson’s and helped me in handling him and ordered all the equipment required to make life easier. They always arrived when they said they would and I never felt they rushed through the appointments. They are a credit to the NHS. I also want to mention the lady who manages the telephone messages (I think her name is Jackie). She was polite and I always knew she would pass my messages on.

I understand that the drop in clinic is very busy and not open for a long time, however, every time I visit I feel very rushed, especially if I have questions. I struggle with concentration and become very overwhelmed if there is too much going on around me. So to have a discussion, whilst undressing/changing my son to be weighed, with other people talking and babies crying around me all at once is a lot. I would appreciate it if there was the chance to perhaps focus on weighing my son, and then be able to step aside to have a conversation

Again, I just feel rushed if I attend to weigh my son and I also have questions
