I get the best care here. I had Lydia today and she is kind and caring but efficient. She went out of her way to help me the other day, so much so I phoned pals to say I have also seen Richard a lot in the past, he is lovely too. I have not had a bad podiatrist here.

Gave good advice. Exercises to go away with. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Downside - The number to make 1st appt. - often not answered & not answered during the times the paperwork said it was open.

Communication, they talked to me very well before they did anything to me. They didn't start with anything before I was ready. Richard talked and explained everything in detail. When before in my last op I didn't get I explained that much.
