Everyone from start to finish were friendly and professional and treated each person with understanding.

The physiotherapists were kind and there was no pressure to do more than able due to arthritis in knees etc.

Staff really nice and helpful when treating my dad. His ward progressing well thanks to the nurse.

Difficult to get an appointment not enough disabled parking.

Cathy in the radiology department was amazing. Happy to talk though treatment answers all y questions. Treated my will respect and kindness.

Olivia is very kind and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed and she gave me the time to answer my questions, credit to her. : )

I had to wait for quite a long time to be seen but totally understandable with NHS pressure everyone is under.

However Ms. Olivia was extremely helpful. Ms. Olivia was listening and supportive she didn’t save any effort to helper advice, as well she asked for supervisor “who was so kind as well” for more advice.
