Although I had the MRI on the 28th July. I was told by the operative that my results would be 5-10 days after scan. I was told to get in touch with the person who authorised the scan for results. I did call Oxted therapies 10 days after to find out results. I was told at the time by the receptionist over the telephone that I would have to have an appointment in person in September! I then said that was far to long as I was in agony. Next day after call they came up with appointment to see Helen in August 24th. Maybe just a phone call to give the result would have been a bit better? Helen was brilliant she immediately yesterday at the appointment gave me a Steroid injection in my shoulder. I really do appreciate her care. Thank you Helen.
