As only one visit (for the purpose of familiarising with personal details and other data) it is difficult to provide, at this stage, answers to questions 4 to 10. A suggestion was made that a 'neck alarm' might prove useful for emergencies, but costs proved prohibitive. Speech therapy was also suggested, and I hope to take up this proposal.
