The staff were friendly, professional, reassuring, at times the session seemed quick overwhelming but the staff were encourage making them fun, but also getting the message across can low patient it was to complete the exercises and what benefits we would gain. The game size was good which enabled all exercises to be completed without waiting for equipment to be freed up. The location was excellent. I Feel I have really benefited by attending.
