Midwife asked how we both were doing very caring.
Put across so it was easy to understand. Valuable things in a simply put way. Wouldn't say I would change anything.
Midwives were very friendly and offered lots of useful information.
Didn't ever feel rushed during appointments and always prompted if I had any questions.
Waiting times were often 10.15 mins after scheduled appointment which could be improved, but other than that, very happy with the service of care received so far.
I have had regular phone calls and visits to make sure my baby and I are well and the midwives and other staff have been brilliant. I always feel I can ring them if I want to ask questions about feeding etc. It has been a good experience and a supportive one, can't fault anything.
All great, able to discuss things and gain appropriate advice.
Every time I have been and the people I have spoken to have been very friendly and nice.
Full support and information from the outset.
Listened to, advice given at all times.
Actual labour and delivery - midwives were fantastic, no stress, no panic, all calm, they couldn't do enough to help and assist.
Massive thank you to everyone involved from our whole family.
Helped with any information needed.
The care I received was really professional and attentive, all my queries answered.
