1. Very pleasant and caring staff, inhibited by their very heavy workload and time to do a more adequate service to individual "care."
2. ShayBolie administration in the allocation of workload and very little consideration given to time wasted when carers find themselves going back to areas the have just left apparently their cannot be changed to make it more organised and quicker.
Having the same district nurse visiting during my illness.
Always there to listen, respectful and pleasant. I would change nothing about my care I received.
The girls that visit are all very good and caring.
No.
Friendly and very helpful staff I have never had any reasons to complain.
The girls are very kind. The respect and dignity they show my husband is second to none. He looks forward to their visits.
They make time to listen very helpful.
All of the nurses that came to attend my husband were very helpful and cheerful. My husband looked forward to seeing them and having a nice chat.
Nothing.
