For confidentiality, feel the reception is very close to the patients and it's very likely for other patients in waiting area to overhear any confidential information.

I have seen by Sai games and she was excellent in terms of dealing with this issues. Very good at reassuring.
The overall service of the trust is good but could be further improved in terms of confidentiality. The front- office staff are louder when communicating.
They could consider giving token number that will avoid nurses calling the names and patients to be seen.
