Very polite approach by staff. Friendly staff and explained everything clearly.
Felt respected and treated with dignity.

Very friendly team. Always supportive and chatty.
Provide support in all aspects of life not just treatment, which is great.
Flexible with times to help male ward. Your schedule and time which is great when you're working.
The team always made you feel safe and comfortable and me always have a laugh while and we always have a laugh whilst receiving the best care and treatment available. Big love. :-).

Excellent.

I have the best care always when coming to the clinic. All the staff on duty are welcoming at all times.
My Dr is always amazing. Dr Houi. The nurses and pharmacy staff are wonderful. The receptionist are friendly and welcoming.
Overall it's a great clinic 10/10.
