Perfect!
They are easy to talk to very friendly. If I have any worries they are there to reassure me and answer questions.
Very happy with level of care, especially with jaundice in baby. Was monitored and always referred on if midwife was uncertain which filled me with confidence.
The staff on reception were very friendly. I did not have to wait very long before my name was called and I was shown into the consultation room, where I received a warm introduction. Plenty of time was given for me to ask questions, and they were answered thoroughly. I was rather worried about an examination I had to have, but it was carried out in a gentle, calm manner with explanations all the time. It was decided a scan would be required, and an appointment would be made for me. A follow up appointment was also needed to discuss the results of the scan. I received a follow up appointment the next morning in the post! A very positive experience for me, and I could not find any improvements to the care I received. Thank you.
Care starts in the car park. This was by far the best parking facility of any hospital in the group.
The department is clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and cheerful.
I would certainly recommend this hospital to my friends and family.
In conclusion, keep up the good work.
Everything is explained. Polite staff and nothing.
The midwives were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained everything and answered any questions we had.
