Communication from midwife has been very good. I have been fully involve in the level of care provided and given the opportunity to express my wishes and feelings I am indeed very pleased with the support and care provided by the midwife community team.

My appointment was 2 pm. Dr tolt not arrive until 2:30 on time to commitments at Queen's Hospital.

All appointments were late people booked in for 13:45 but no doctors (told there should have been two).
Clinic commenced at 2:45 a second doctor arrived at 2:50.
Punctuality doesn't seem to be included on this form. It's no good having appt systems if there is no staff.
In most urology clinics, doctors are required.
