The clerical staff were polite and answered questions in a friendly way. The waiting time was over 1/2 hour without any explanation and could be improved. I find waiting 5 months for test results a bit much. Over 1 hour overdue and told I will be passed over to the Doctor who I originally saw 4 yrs ago. I am not happy.
