Incredible service from Fidela at the desk to Molly in the treatment room. Fidela went beyond the extra mile to support me and Molly provided truly class care support and treatment. Reassuring; patient focussed; this is the NHS at its absolute world class best. Very proud (and truly grateful) to have such a facility in my home area.
