I would like to thank Iwona Kwak, medical secretary of Dr Charles Imber for going to great effort on my behalf to arrange an appointment to see Dr Charles at my urgent request just before he was due to leave on holiday.
Iwona Kwak’s professionalism, care and compassion is simply excellent and without her I would not have been able to see Dr Charles Imber and have some of my panic and fear allayed. Thank you Iwona ♥️
I am massively grateful to Dr Imber for seeing me at such short notice just before his holiday. Dr Imber was brilliant in telling me clearly the next tests needed to obtain a clearly diagnosis.
I would also like to thank the brilliant team of nurses at Cleveland Clinic who were brilliant in explaining the costs of blood tests and interpreting the confusing computer generated print outs I was initially given.
