We were late due to a train crash the consultant waited for us and still showed me great care and attention even though I was over half an hour late when I was upset after my appointment the nursing staff came and gave me a cup of tea and asked me if I wanted to go to a private room

Consultant, Mr Jonathan Hughes, was patient-focused and very considerate of patient's needs and a clear and pleasant communicator and was highly proficient.
His medical secretary had a kindly manner and sign posted next steps and followed through.

The whole place is extremely organised, efficient and well run. Everyone is polite, friendly and helpful.
Mr Fox is brilliant and I have every confidence in him and his treatment for my condition. He is courteous and approachable with excellent communication skills and amazing knowledge.
