Doctor asked me to undertake blood tests. I communicated clearly that I do not then want to receive the results with zero explanation. He assured me they would be fully explained. I then received the results with test flagged as abnormal. No explanation given. No follow up. I asked for a call or notes to be added. Eventually I booked an appointment as didn’t hear back within a week.

The medical secretary, Gail Horton, promptly found an appointment slot for me When my blood samples were delivered leaking to the laboratory, she quickly organised for me to have them redone The practitioner, Dr Natalie Phillips took the time to listen to me and review my past medical history in relation to the current one. I left the consultation with a clear idea of the next steps
