I saw Dr Nathalie Phillips for a pain I have been experiencing. My experience was so positive with her. I felt heard and understood and I felt she went very out of her way to help me with my problem. The staff and clinic (and hospital) was top quality. I’ve been in london for about 11 years and I’ve never experienced such amazing care and attention before. I highly recommend both the doc and this hospital/out patient clinic. I will continue to come here (if need be) and would recommend this place to anyone!

This was my first visit to the Cleveland Clinic. The friendly and kind, polite welcome at the front door was followed by considerate care from all staff members. It was very impressive and most welcome too.
My doctor, Dr Pattle was very welcoming and helpful. So keen to find answers to my problems.
The whole experience of the Cleveland Clinic was positive, very considerate and made one feel most welcome.

At the lab, they used a latex bandaid, despite me saying I was allergic to latex. With the clinician, they could not tell me whether or not the bandaid was latex, so I had to go without one. For an £1800 procedure that had to be re-done because of inconclusive results, the least I could expect was a band-aid.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The healthcare provider, Dr. Manji was exceptionally kind and thorough and communicated clearly with us regarding the diagnosis and next steps. We were very satisfied and impressed with the level of care provided.

All round first class service in a first class establishment with nicer bathrooms and furnishings than in my house. Everyone from the doormen to the people treating me were professional and warm.
