Because everything ran smoothly and Dr Jarman is such a great Dr and very caring. I feel very safe in his hands. The clinic is run very well, staff are excellent and it runs very smoothly.

The time & care from the doctor was faultless.
When we arrived we were welcomed and told to take a seat. It seemed odd that some people were told about there being water to drink, some were told as an after thought and a select few were offered a hot drink. I would expect all patients and their families to be treated equally.
The layout of the waiting area was such that we were sat with our backs to a window - but it had a second pane of glass you couldn't really see was there and so my husband hit his head on it.
