The process was efficiently run from start to finish. I was moved from each station to the next quickly and the tests performed with great efficiency. My GP took the time to have a good discussion with me and communicated results of hs findings succu=inctly. test results came though impressively fast.

My in-person appointments have always been good. Outside appointments it is impossible to receive any answers to queries. To change the date of an appointment it took more than 2 weeks for someone to return my messages. I have an outstanding query now about my procedure which is days away and although your Mychart says that I would receive a response within 48 hours I have still not had a reply. Appalling service outside in person appointments.
