I was disappointed with the outcome of my consultation, and believed it had done more harm than good. I didn’t have any confidence in the diagnosis and future management of the health problem offered. The Consultant seemed didn’t pose enough questions and seemed eager to terminate the consultation. I didn’t feel as though he was very interested in my case.

Whole process was very prompt and efficient. Staff were polite and friendly. My cardiologist explained my diagnoses and treatment options in a very plain easy to understand manner. Further tests required were immediately arranged and carried out. Letter summarising consultation was received the next day. An excellent service leaving me feeling confident I am safe in their care.
