I have a very painful lower back. Probably a slipped disc. I arranged an appointment with Farooq thinking he had back up. I was astonished to be told I had to come back for the MRI the next evening. Then to be told the results would take 2 days. I have tried to contact Farooq’s secretary on three occasions. She has not returned my call. In my condition (wheelchair) I should have had an immediate MRI and follow up consultation. To discuss the results. I am very disappointed with the Cleveland Clinic .

See above. If you can’t run a spinal service don’t bother.
