The nurse taking my blood was very pleasant, expert and efficient. I was most impressed with her service.

This questionnaire is excessive in detail for a simple procedure. It needs to have a NOT APPLICABLE option. I was on the verge of abandoning answering the review, and in future I will think twice and probably NOT answer.
