Staff brilliant Environment brilliant

Lift was slow !!!!! It was raining, I couldn't walk because I had a bad leg. There were no catering facilities. I hadn't brought a sandwich as I felt awkward eating food in the reception area. It might be worth considering having either some form of place where one can buy food and eat it in Cleveland Clinic, or to bring ones own food and it there. Free hot drinks were nice, but not sufficient if there for some time.

Everyone was very helpful.
