For some reason I was given a split appointment with the first scan meant to have been at Grosvenor Place at 1040 and the second at Portland Place at 1200. I had to arrive having had nil by mouth for 6 hours and a full bladder. After my appointment time had been and gone, I was told that there had been an emergency so both my scans would now be at Portland Place. I then had to wait for the courtesy bus to be taken to PP. I was extremely uncomfortable, still with a full bladder. I finally had both scans 1.5hrs after I was meant to have the first.

I should have been given a single appointment at PP at 1200 for both scans (especially as my office is just around the corner!). I would then not have had to spend all morning uncomfortably waiting around and moving between clinics.
