It is always pleasant to visit Portland Place. I had a most useful session with Dr Jak Ullah who answered all my questions in plain understandable English and made me feel entirely comfortable. As usual all the staff that I met were courteous, friendly and welcoming and the premises were spotless. Keep it up, you provide a model which I wish was replicated everywhere.
