There was insufficient time for the spinal imaging. For an 85 yr old who has been Ill it should have been either split into two sessions or on a different day from an EEG that morning. Also there needed to be nurses on hand and equipment like disposable gloves and urine bottles.

Lots of receptionists and concierge’s available but I would like more nurses.
