I saw Mr Tahmassebi who's a top rate surgeon. As importantly he takes the time to deliver the information in a way that's understandable to someone who isn't a doctor specialised in this field. He's also very warm and friendly and genuinely has the patient's best interest at heart. That shouldn't be taken for granted.

For the first time the check in process wasn't as seamless as in the past. Possibly they were training a security guy (?) to check in patients. It was still very good but not the usual stellar performance.
