Very courteous and knowledgeable doctor. Very fast and responsive with questions and follow-up scans and appointment.

Suggested improvements
One issue - our follow-up appointment was virtual - the CCL website / MyChart gives the impression that it is via video / zoom. In fact, it was a "phone call" and only to the telephone number on file, which was not the right number. The appointment was scheduled by the Dr.'s medical secretary but these details were not explained at all either by her or anyone at GPS or on the My Chart appointment page. It created a lot of confusion, anxiety and ultimately was only solved after several phone calls, which took almost 30 minutes to solve - the same as the appointment time. This was also confusing to the Dr. Given that CCL sent a lot of information about "check in" for in-person visits, it is VERY IMPORTANT to give patients the appropriate information about virtual appointments.


The best aspect of CCL 9and we have now seen 4 doctors there) is the quality and care of the consultants, who are truly exceptional.
