I was most impressed with Portland Place.
Staff were welcoming, courteous and efficient.
My appointment was exactly on time, and I didn't feel rushed by the consultant. After my discussion with the consultant, 2 necessary procedures were carried out swiftly and professionally.
Follow-up communications by the consultant and her PA were extremnely prompt and very comprehensive.

Offer light refreshments.
A unusual combination of timely and efficient activity, professionalism and friendliness.
