The nurses and the Professor were excellent. The check in staff were NOT - see below.

The ground floor reception staff on the day of my visit were poor. On the day in question, Thursday 23rd March at 9.30am, there were two, white, seemingly English, ladies on reception but they were neither professional or welcoming. Given the professionalism and high quality image of Cleveland Clinic, these receptionists were not in keeping with that image - too abrupt with some patients and too familiar with others. I have not experienced this at ground floor reception in the past, maybe they were stand-ins...?
