Share review of Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre

Receptionist gave me filthy iPad when checking in with fingerprints all over to confirm my details. Excellent consultation with Professor Murphy and asked to make a follow up in 8 weeks. Receptionist-(same as in check in) could not work out 8 weeks. I gave her the date and asked her to confirm via email. No email received. I phoned a few days later to explain I had not received an email and was assured I would receive one. Nothing received! This is not good enough. I am a private patient paying many many thousands per year and I expect a better service. I am going to have to phone again tomorrow to sort this out. I have terminal cancer and it is too much to deal with
