My consultant was amazing as always no issues here 10/10

Suggested improvements
Receptionists are robotic and their records are not aligned with Portal. I had also called in advance and updated my details as i had a new membership number. However my membership and claim number were asked to be verified which annoyed me. I pointed out that I had rang and updated and checked in online the day before. What is the point of this exercise if nothing is aligned. This has happened before so not a one off. This needs addressing as spoils the whole Cleveland clinic experience.


Happy to discuss the feedback but no one rang me back last time ....
