Suggested improvements
There was an issue booking the required follow up appointments: the consultant wanted two procedures on the same day. I tried to arrange this with the person on the front desk at ground floor reception but found it very difficult to communicate through the glass partition with a high level of ambient noise from other conversations. It proved tricky to do this by telephone later and required several calls as the system didn't permit it at first.
