The consultant spoke clearly in a manner I could understand. The nurses and technicians were reassuring and gave clear instructions.

I was left for too long in an isolated cubicle waiting for the MRI scan, eventually the technician collected me. After the scan another patient was in my cubicle but was moved by the nurse.

Dr Brownlee has an exceptional manner with his patients and cares in a detailed and practical way.
