A great experience with the echocardiogram and the exercise ecg team

nothing - it was excellent

Kojo Kyereme was extremely kind and professional, and talked me through the whole echocardiogram process before and during the examination. He was re-assuring, and I learnt something about how a heart works! His two colleagues taking me through the exercise ecg were also very good - informative and caring. Prof Sanjay Sharma was excellent. Listened very carefully and explained exactly what the test had shown, and the implications for me. I felt I could ask all the questions I wanted to, and received accessible and comprehensive replies. I would be grateful if my thanks to the team could be passed on to them. The contact centre team were very helpful, too - especially Anne Okachukwu, who rang me at the end of a working day to say she had noticed I had been double-booked and so was able to give me an earlier appointment if I would prefer it.
