The neurosurgeon that this review relates too is absolutely superb. Professional, kind, personable, explained everything exceptionally and listened and responded with honesty and total clarity

My main comment relates to hospital appointments. I received a call trying to book an ultrasound that I have previously explained has been put on hold until another condition is resolved. I would expect this to be recorded but it hasn’t been and I have received 3 calls trying to book it despite my explaining. This is simply something to be improved
