It is hard to get my father to his appointment in London but when we arrived we were cared of and attended to extremely well

There did not seem to be enough upright chairs for elderly patients - at both receptions we went to, people had to move to accommodate my father as he, like many older people, struggle getting on and off low sofas or low soft chairs
